Fuel Adjustment Factor

Due to ongoing volatility in fuel prices, our Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) is reviewed on a weekly basis.

Canterbury Landscape Supplies (CLS) is affected by fuel costs across several areas of our operations, including supplier deliveries, diesel-powered production equipment, and our internal delivery fleet.

Effective 19 March 2026, a FAF has been applied to both production and freight charges. Third-party delivery costs will be passed through as incurred and may vary depending on the freight provider.

Fuel costs are monitored weekly, and FAF rates will be adjusted accordingly, either upward or downward.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to respond to fluctuations in fuel pricing.

FAF rates as of 20 April 2026:

• Production – 7%

• Freight – 7%

• Third-party logistics (3PL) – as charged

• CLS freight only and contracting work - 15%

FAF rates as of 13 April 2026:

• Production – 10.4%
• Freight – 10.4%
• Third-party logistics (3PL) – as charged
• CLS freight only and contracting work - 23%

FAF rates as of 29 March 2026:

• Production – 9%
• Freight – 9%
• Third-party logistics (3PL) – as charged
• CLS freight only and contracting work - 21%
